Butler's produce a large range of freshly baked breads and rolls, with recipes to suit every taste, from traditional white loaves, and authentic Ciabaatta, to wheat free and New York rye. Try our delicious Focaccia or Parisian Brioche, Belgian chocolate croissants, Casalingua, spiced raisin or walnut and honey. Our full range is listed below. All breads are made with organic ingredients wherever possible.

A traditional white loaf, given depth by the use of sour flour.

Brown Loaf
Made from whole-meal wheat flour with a small percentage of white flour. This is a great everyday loaf.

Multiseed
Made from whole-meal wheat flour with a small percentage of white flour flavoured with sour dough. This loaf features a hearty mix of the following five seeds: linseed, pumpkin, sunflower, poppy & sesame.

Ciabatta
Made from an authentic recipe, using milk, honey and olive oil. It involves a process which takes 24 hours to mature. This bread is also wonderful toasted.

Walnut & Honey Bread
A speicality bread which is enriched with butter, honey, milk and roasted walnuts. A real treat, especially with cheese.

Spelt Bread
This loaf uses an ancient variety of Roman wheat. It is leavened with the aid of sultanas and topped with rolled oats. The use of spelt flour has been found to be tolerable to some allergic to modern wheat strains.

Wheat Free
This highly nutritious loaf is made from 100% whole-meal rye flour using a sour dough starter. It has a wholesome depth of flavour and a nutty taste.

Potato and Rosemary
This is a white bread based on a sour dough, with chunks of roasted potatoes, fresh rosemary and Nigella seeds. Together they produce a filling loaf which lends itself to savoury toppings.

Casalingua
This is a traditional Italian style white malted loaf, with a great depth of flavour.

Sour Dough
This loaf uses a starter made from a bled of rye, whole-meal and white flour. A traditional recipe, it is completely free of bakers' yeast. This is an intensely flavoured loaf.

Spiced Raisin Loaf
This is a hearty fruited bread, made using white, whole-meal and rye flour, sweetened with honey and contains a special blend of spices. Delicious toasted and also very good with cheese.

A light textured wheatened rye loaf. Made with yoghurt and toasted caraway seeds, this loaf tastes great with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

This flat bread from northern Italy is flavoured with rosemary, enriched with olive oil and topped with Maldon sea salt. (Price per 8 portion slab)
